As a competitive runner and triathlete, Andrea first discovered yoga while healing from an injury. She took her first class in 2014 and was instantly hooked. Yoga has been a part of Andrea's life almost everyday since. Andrea was struck by yoga’s ability to foster both physical and emotional healing and wellness. Andrea completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in January 2016 through Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot. She then went on to complete a 30 hour intensive teacher training in Saratoga Springs and a separate BarreFlow certification. As an instructor, Andrea strives to help others discover and benefit from all that yoga has to offer.
