Caroline is very passionate about health and fitness. She was introduced to yoga more than 20 years ago while training for a marathon. For several years, she occasionally practiced to supplement her fitness routine. In 2014, she took her first hot yoga class at The Hot Yoga Spot and instantly fell in love with the practice. In 2018, Caroline began her teacher training journey at The Hot Yoga Spot and completed her program in 2019.
Caroline earned her BS in Mathematics from St. John Fisher College and works in the software industry. As a person who spends a lot of time in front of a desk, she finds yoga extremely beneficial in relieving muscle tension and strain. She firmly believes that yoga helps her stay strong, healthy, and injury-free. Caroline looks forward to helping others use yoga to increase strength, flexibility, and reduce stress. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys being with her husband and two children.
