Julia began her yoga practice in early 2013 after being frustrated by injuries that were holding her back from reaching her fitness goals. Her physical trainer recommended Julia try hot yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot and after just one class, Julia realized this was something that would change her life in a big way. In the next three months, Julia had taken over 100 class and realized she wanted to take the next step so she decided to obtain her 200 HYT certification under the guidance of Jennilee Toner’s training program at The Hot Yoga Spot. Julia’s life is dedicated to fitness, nutrition and helping others strive. Knowing how much her injuries held her back in the past, Julia refuses to see that happen to anyone else. She knows and understands that the body is different everyday so she provides modifications for everyone and wants people to honor their own bodies in class. Julia uses her blend of dedication and understanding to create classes that are both safe and fun!
