Kelly began practicing yoga in 2013 when she graduated from law school. After years of running, she immediately noticed an improvement in her athletic performance once she added yoga into her regular routine. Kelly has an active lifestyle that includes running and CrossFit and she loves how yoga balances it all out and keeps her feeling and working out at her best.
In early 2018, Kelly completed her 200 hour teacher training through Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot and she has been teaching ever since. As an instructor, Kelly loves showing students that yoga is for everyone and enjoys teacher to people of all levels.
