Kelly took her first yoga class as a freshman in college and was amazed how it helped her discover and connect with herself in new ways. For years Kelly practiced yoga as a form of cross training for running and credits it with giving her the mental strength and connection to breath needed to complete two full marathons.
In 2017, Kelly decided to deepen her yoga practice by completing the 200 hour training with Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot. She found this program a life changing experience and is so happy she transitioned from dedicated student to teacher. Kelly loves to help others experience the mental and physical benefits of yoga. Her main goal is to help students take the peace, strength and gratitude they find on their mats with them as they go throughout their lives.
