Maddie discovered Bikram yoga in 2012 and instantly fell in love. She completed her 60 hour HOT 26 Revolution immersion in 2017 and later went on the complete her foundation 200 hour training in early 2018. Maddie loves how the practice has helped her grow stronger, flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat.
When she’s not at the studio, Maddie can be found traveling the country, exploring the outdoors, and creating works of art. Maddie can’t wait to help others build the relationship between the mind, body, and breath and share the practice she loves with her community.
