Pam is a very warm and centered person who loves to get to know new people and instantly makes them feel comfortable, both in her classes and in social situations. She always puts the needs of others before herself and can put a smile on your face even when you are having the worst day. Pam cares very much about helping individuals reach their fitness goals. She also stays on top of the latest fitness trends so she can incorporate them all in to the classes she teaches. She strives in class to make everybody feel welcomed and challenged and constantly incorporates different movements and exercises so class is always new and surprising. Pam holds a wide array of fitness certifications including AFAA Fitness Certification, Boot Camp Fitness, Tabata, Hip Hop, Core on Demand, Gravity/EFI Sports Medicine and Zumba. Pam also fell in love with Barre Fitness classes she was taking in 2012 which gave her the desire to become a teacher. She enrolled in the Booty Barre teacher training program and obtained that certification from Tracey Mallet in early 2013. She has been teaching Barre ever since and really loves the combination of strength, fun and energy that every Barre class brings. Pam is so excited to be joining The Hot Yoga Spot teaching team so she can help share her Barre Fitness classes with all of her students.
