Taegan started practicing yoga in 2007 and an injury in 2008 brought her closer to the mat and on the quest for recovery. Through recovery she continued to cultivate her practice in Saratoga Springs, NY and later went to live and continue her yoga studies in the states and abroad. Taegan teaches a slow burn, a gentle and strong challenge, one that allows students to explore their practice. She incorporates aromatherapy and gentle adjustments throughout class. Taegan’s focus is on finding the right balance and she is passionate about her students exploring their practice and finding what works best for them. Taegan has completed teacher trainings and certifications in Ashtanga yoga, Rocket yoga, and Thai Massage Yoga.
