YOD™️ stands for “Your Own Determination” and fuzes feel good yoga vibes with a high intensity workout. Sessions begin by warming up with a power yoga sequence. That is followed by interval training and skill work to use your body in a new way and enhance your yoga practice. This yoga/fitness fusion class is a sweaty and powerful workout that is designed to challenge all fitness levels. YOD™️ classes culminate with a yoga cool down and a sweet savasana.
