Jaime began practicing yoga as a means to heal some injuries she obtained from competitive rowing throughout middle school, high school and college. When physical therapy and chiropractor visits didn’t help, Jaime turned to hot yoga to loosen up her muscles and alleviate the excruciating pain. Jaime began with the Barkan method and slowly started incorporating Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Barkan, Yin, Budokon, Bikram, and Forrest yoga into her personal practice. In early 2012 Jaime completed the Skillful Action 200 hour training program in Saratoga, NY. Jaime loves vinyasa yoga and how the possibilities are endless. Her classes focus on finding your breath and on taking the time to properly set up in a pose before moving on to the next posture.
