Our Stuyvesant Plaza location can be a little tricky to find. We are on the backside of the plaza (behind Circles and Jean Paul Salon). Use this map to help guide you to our studio for your first class and be sure to arrive early so you don't get locked out!

Arrive on time! We lock the outside doors when class starts so if you arrive late, you will likely not be able to enter the building and take class.
Wondering about the weather? If we need to cancel due to snow, we will mark the class cancelled on our website and app at least 30 minutes in advance and email everyone with a reservation!

The Hot Yoga Spot location in Albany is proud to provide our community with different exercise options and yoga sessions designed to cater to different fitness levels. Regardless of whether you’re just beginning yoga or are looking for intermediate hot yoga or advanced yoga options, our team of instructors has created different sessions to sign up for. Variety of Levels Available
Our Albany yoga studio is able to introduce students to different hot yoga styles, levels and group barre classes. To gain a better understanding of the foundations of yoga sessions, and to get “back to basics,” our beginner sessions are slow-moving with in-depth poses and demonstrations. However, if you have a little more experience and are looking to challenge yourself, our Bikram and Baptiste yoga sessions are designed to offer an intermediate hot yoga experience; both are taught in very hot temperatures to better cleanse the body. If you’re looking for a different type of workout, our barre bootcamp provides a session that incorporates concepts from ballet, pilates, sports conditioning, yoga, and more.
