This week’s #TeacherFeature is the amazing ray of sunshine from Saratoga Springs, Jaime! She has been part of The Hot Yoga Spot team since 2014 and has taught at all 5 of our Capital Regions studios. Jaime is a girl who always follows her arrow and lives her life to the fullest with every second. Jaime makes her emotional and physical health a priority while also packing each and every day with as much joy and laughter as possible. In addition to working as an elementary school counselor, she teaches 3x a week at our Saratoga studio.
