Several Yoga Class Styles

Our Latham location — like our several other locations across New York — offers several different yoga styles so you can pick and choose what activity level you’d like to participate in. Our Beginner Sessions, for example, are built to introduce new members to this form of exercise with slower movements and more focus on the basic foundations of yoga. Other more advanced yoga classes are also available for students who have a little more experience or want to try something new; this includes our gentle yoga, bikram yoga and flexibility flows. Check out all our class listings below and contact us today to get started!
