This week’s #teacherfeature is all about Sheryl. Sheryl has been part of our Baptiste Yoga dream team since she joined The Hot Yoga Spot years ago. In addition to being in the Baptiste Institute’s FIT to Lead program, she is YOD certified and helping to create a leadership and mentorship program through our studio. She teaches 4x a week in Clifton Park and loves being part of this sweaty community.
