Jannette
Jannette started her yoga journey at The Hot Yoga Spot in 2016. She was looking for something outside of running and lifting weights to add to her workout regimen. She had been a runner for many years and suffered from knee injuries. Yoga soon became an aid in overcoming these injuries by helping her to develop muscular strength, flexibility and balance. She fell in love with yoga instantly for the physical and mental benefits.
In 2023, Jannette completed her 200 hour teacher certification with Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot. Yoga has been life changing and she is excited to share her knowledge and skills with her students. Jannette loves teaching classes that are fun, challenging, and lead to a peak pose. She hopes that her students leave her classes feeling strong, confident and wanting to come back for more!
